1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after delivery.

Report your return within 7 days via info@akbarron.com. After registering, you have another 7 days to return the product.

You do not need to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

The book must be unused and in a saleable condition.

Pack it carefully in the original packaging or equivalent protective material.

Include your order number and name.

Preferably use a traceable shipping method; the shipping risk lies with the sender.

3. Exceptions

Signed or personalized copies, unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

Digital downloads once the download has started, to the extent legally permitted.

Gift cards and promotional items without value.

Items that are damaged or clearly used beyond what is necessary to assess the condition.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Unpaid shipments may be refused.

5. Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your return or after you have provided proof of shipment.

Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

Payment for the outward shipping costs will only be reimbursed where required by law.

In the event of diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may apply a reasonable discount.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for the same title if in stock. Please contact us first at info@akbarron.com for instructions.

7. Defective or incorrect item

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will repair, replace, or refund you at no extra cost.

8. School and bulk orders

Standard policy applies. Custom-made or personalized bundles are not eligible for return, unless defective.

9. How to Return

Send an email to info@akbarron.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive the return address and instructions.

Pack the product securely and include your information.

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
