2. Applicability
These General T's & C's apply to every offer of Alexis K.Barron and to every agreement concluded at a distance between Alexis K.Barron and a consumer or business customer via this Shopify webshop.

3. Offer and information
a. Product descriptions, images and specifications are intended to provide as complete a picture as possible. Minor deviations may occur.
b. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Alexis K.Barron.
c. Availability and delivery times are displayed as up-to-date as possible.

4. Prices and taxes
a. All prices are in € or $ and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
b. Outside the EU, import duties, taxes and clearance costs may apply. These are for the account of the recipient.
c. Alexis K.Barron may change prices. The price at the time of ordering is decisive.

5. Conclusion of the agreement
a. The agreement is concluded when the order has been completed and the payment has been authorized.
b. Alexis K.Barron may refuse an order or request additional information if there are reasonable grounds to do so, for example in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

6. Payment
a. Payment takes place via the methods shown in the checkout.
b. In case of failed or reversed payments, the order may be canceled.

7. Delivery
a. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
b. Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days. Expected delivery time and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
c. Delivery is possible to the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and United States. Other countries on request.
d. As soon as the package has been delivered or offered at the specified address, the risk passes to the customer.

8. Incorrect or incomplete address
Check the delivery address carefully. Costs or delays due to an incorrect address are for the account of the customer.

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
a. Consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days to reconsider after delivery. Within this period, the agreement can be rescinded without giving any reason.
b. Report the return within 14 days of delivery via info@akbarron.com. After notification you have another 14 days to return the product.
c. The product must be unused and in sellable condition, including original packaging.

10. Exclusions right of withdrawal
a. Personalized or autographed copies are excluded from revocation, except in case of a defect.
b. Digital files that are delivered directly and of which the download has been started are excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
c. Business customers cannot invoke the right of withdrawal.

11. Return costs and refund
a. Return costs are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
b. After receipt and inspection, we will refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Any shipping costs paid with the outward shipment will only be reimbursed where required by law.
c. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods or until you have shown that you have returned the goods.

12. Defects, transport damage and incorrect delivery
a. Check the order upon receipt. Report visible damage or inaccuracies within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number via info@akbarron.com.
b. In case of a well-founded appeal, we will repair or replace free of charge, or we will refund the amount paid.

13. Bulk orders and schools
Different conditions may apply to institutions and schools, such as volume discounts or invoicing on account. These agreements only apply if confirmed in writing.

14. Use and content
a. The book and supplementary material are intended as general information and a tool. It does not replace professional assistance.
b. Decisions you make based on the content remain your own responsibility.

15. Intellectual property
a. All texts, images, logos and layout on the site and in the products are the property of Alexis K.Barron or her licensors.
b. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise use material without prior written permission.

16. Reviews and user-posted content
a. Reviews must be honest and factual. Illegal, offensive or misleading content may be removed.
b. By posting a review, you give Alexis K.Barron a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing and product improvement.

17. Liability
a. Alexis K.Barron is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
b. The total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
c. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness of Alexis K.Barron and leave mandatory consumer rights unaffected.

18. Force majeure
In case of force majeure, such as malfunctions at carriers, natural disasters or widespread network failures, the execution may be suspended. If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, each party may terminate the agreement. Amounts already paid for products not delivered will be refunded.

19. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These documents are part of these General T's & C's.

20. Amendments
[Winkelnaam] may change these General T's & C's. The new version applies to orders placed after the effective date of the change.

21. Complaints and disputes
a. If you have a complaint, please contact us first via info@akbarron.com. We will respond within 14 days.
b. Dutch law applies. The court in the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
c. Consumers within the EU can use the ODR platform of the European Commission.
